Our formulations have been developed and refined over 60 years. Our wheels deliver consistent, fast, high-quality cuts. Not likely the lowest price, but we strive to be the lowest cost per cut based on your cutting objectives…speed or finish.

When choosing a wheel, it’s important to know that it’s the cost per quality cut, not the wheel selling price, which ultimately determines your true cost. By combining the appropriate abrasive wheel grade with the appropriate down feed rate and saw/wheel diameter, we will help you achieve your particular goals.

All Everett abrasive wheels (for both dry and wet saw cutting) have been developed and extensively tested to produce quality cuts on a wide range of material alloys, sizes and shapes. Everett’s abrasive wheels are designed to provide maximum performance on each Everett chop saw.

Non-Reinforced Rubber Bonded Cutting Wheels for Wet Cutting

The following cutoff wheels cannot be fiberglass reinforced.

Grade Description of Wet Cutting Wheels
93FG Fiberglass internally reinforced cloth is molded in the center of the abrasive cut off wheel for break resistance. Pressed resin-rubber abrasive cut off wheel; excellent for high quality wet cuts on hardened material like high-temp alloys, linear rail, linear bearing rail, ball screws, also wet metallurgical cutting. Available in most sizes.

Grade Description of Wet Saw Cutting Wheels
45FG Dry fiberglass reinforced general purpose wheel. Preferred wheel for mixed use cutting of various types of steel or other metals.
23020FG Dry, fiberglass reinforced resin bonded wheel for powerhead cutting of mild steel, stainless, and high temperature alloys.
2069FG Dry, fiberglass reinforced resin bonded wheel for heavy wall cutting of mild steel, stainless, and high temperature alloy shapes.
T32 FG Dry, fiberglass reinforced, resin bonded wheel for cutting thin wall mild steel, stainless, and high temp alloy shapes.
GTK-7FG Dry, fiberglass reinforced, resin bonded wheel specifically formulated for stainless steel cutting.

 

Saws & Abrasive Wheels Warranty:

All Everett saws and abrasive wheels are warranted against defective materials and workmanship, conditioned as follows. If a chop saw or cut off wheel product is returned to Everett by the original purchaser prepaid within 1 year after delivery to the original purchaser and is judged by Everett to be defective, the product will be repaired, replaced or credited at Everett’s discretion. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose). Everett will not be liable for any consequential damages and no claims will be allowed for repairs to Everett products by the purchasers or any third party.
